Jason Tetlow represents individuals in various types of cases since the beginning of his legal career in 2001. He dedicates his practice to the representation of individuals whom have suffered from harm or those whom have lost a loved one. His primary legal focus is on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, motor vehicle accidents and workplace or construction claims. In addition, Jason represents individuals in insurance contractual disputes and bad faith claims. Although every case is unique and the value of each case varies, Jason has secured substantial settlements and awards for his clients including million dollar and multi-million dollar results.
Jason is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County (ATLAC), which is an organization limited to approximately Two Hundred Fifty (250) lawyers in Allegheny County that handle civil litigation matters. Members of the ATLAC are nominated and selected by their peers. This represents only a small percentage of lawyers in Pittsburgh. In October, 2019, Jason was appointed to a three-year term as a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He was appointed to an additional three-year term in 2022. Jason is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
